This discussion is as simple as the title! What is your favorite flavor of ice cream, and why is it your favorite?

My favorite flavor is one called "Blue Moon". It's made by Cedar Crest, which is a local-ish thing to the Wisconsin/Upper Illinois/Michigan region. It's hard to describe the flavor, but it's sweet, smooth, and I never regret eating it (except for when brainfreeze happens).
